LotR Skirmish Escalation league

I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing an escalation league for Lord of the Rings skirmish battle game. The reason for selecting this is to play with smaller points and emphasize having time to paint the armies. Basically I am taking this month to get ready and will be starting in April. the league would start at 100points and the rules for the league would be simple with a capturing territory on a mighty empires map for fun. The two rules that I know I want are. If an painted model tries to wound an unpainted one then it gets a +1 to its die roll and no more than 50% of the force can be heroes to encourage normal troops. I am running this in several locations and for several groups so the final would be a big castle battle pitting the wining group, either evil or good, as the defenders of the castle. Any thoughts

Sounds cool. We're going to be running something similar at Tower.

I was hoping to run three different times for the games. 2 at Timewarp both on Mondays and on Thursdays and then at the Tower on Wednesdays anyone can play at any of the events but may only have one game count for the league. The ending event would be a seige on a castle with the winning side defending the castle.
